I’ve searched high and low for a OBGYN doctor that would be attentive, discuss my concerns and not be judgemental about choosing not to have kids. Dr. Spicola was my number 3 doctor and she was wonderful, she really listened to me and answered all my questions without running out of the door. It was also great to speak with the Doctor about concerns that were previously dismissed by other OBGYNs I’ve seen (perimenopause/breast health) I’ll definitely be back to see Dr. Spicola for any obgyn issues or yearly checkups.

Angela is board certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She also holds certifications in electronic fetal monitoring, neonatal resuscitation and basic life support. She is an active member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American Society for Colonoscopy and Cervical Pathology, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Angela was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, and received her associate’s degree in nursing from Hillsborough Community College. She continued her education at South University and earned her master’s degree in nursing. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of nursing fields including women’s urgent care and labor and delivery.
Angela is fluent in English and Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and going on vacations.

What a lovely, friendly staff and doctor (not sure of her title, but she was fabulous). Everyone went out of their way to make it easy. Clean rooms and clear communication. I can't recommend this office enough.

I love her! I hate these appointments and she understands. I'm not a huge fan of the admin office staff, they aren't quick to help you at check out. But the nurses/ma are great, maybe not as thorough as I prefer. I noticed some of my vitals were made up, and a depression questionnaire was noted done - but it wasn't. My preference is for the physician - so I'm not holding it against her. My visits are quick and I don't have many OBGYN needs. The office is very clean and HALLELUJAH they use fabric gowns ( the paper ones can make these visits worse, cause they leave you cold and always rip). The office also does blood work themselves which is super convenient. Results are very fast. Easy to access patient portal. All considering I'm pretty happy with this physician/practice.
