“Dr. Spencer was very knowledgeable and comforting. I never once felt like she was judging (even when I admitted it had been a few years since my last visit) during the conversation and she genuinely wanted to hear my concerns. I would recommend her to anyone. Dr. Spencer was also training a very kind young lady, and took her time to train her and talk to me at the same time. They both were great. Finally, the lady who did my bloodwork, I believe her name was Elise, was also very kind. This was a fabulous office full of kind people. ”

Meghan & her student were excellent, warm & welcoming. However Sarah or sierra ( not fully sure what her name was) who called me at 5pm the day before my appointment was extremely rude and even hung up on me at one point. Front desk & meghan both apologized day of my appointment and are the reason I would return in the future!

I filled out the paperwork needed online prior to my visit - I simply had to walk in, let them know I was there, I sat down and was taken back within 5 minutes, nothing else was needed which was great. Meghan was amazing - she had a student with her too that was also wonderful! I had a few concerns/questions and I was very comfortable talking to her and she explained everything very well and I felt very understood. The visit was very quick and very easy (but I did not feel like they were so busy and they were rushing through the appointment like I have with other offices in the past). I would definitely recommend Meghan!

I never leave reviews, but my whole experience was so positive from my first appt all the way to my follow-up. I felt heard, understood, and like they took the time to care for me while I was there. Both the nurse and the provider were kind and made sure I was comfortable multiple times. All my questions were answered and I left feeling confident in my understanding of my own health. Thank you!!!

Overall, my experience was great, and the provider was helpful. However, it was very difficult to get in touch with the triage nurse. I called and left two voicemails before finally receiving a response.
Although my prescription was eventually sent in, it was submitted incorrectly to the pharmacy. I was seen on Tuesday, but the prescription wasn’t sent until Thursday. Because of the holiday, no one was available to respond to either Publix Pharmacy or my calls to correct the issue. As a result, I am still waiting to have my prescription filled.

Great to experience. I was seen immediately. The entire staff was kind and knowledgeable. A mammogram was recommended and I was able to do that immediately and at this facility. Highly recommend!!
