Dr. Valle is very polite, and genuinely cares. She normally deals with women but I was lucky to be a patient of hers before her focus switch and she's continued to help me with my depression and anxiety meds. Always professional and caring, and I can be vulnerable while talking about what I'm going through knowing she will listen and provide good advice. If I ask about specific meds pros/cons, she will provide her knowledge and her recommendations, and won't prescribe something that she doesn't feel comfortable with it.
