I work in IT and sit at a desk all day. Over the last few weeks my back has really started to bother me. I was very uncomfortable at work. After seeing Dr. Meissner today my back is already starting to feel better. She showed me the proper way to sit at my desk and told me how to stretch. Dr. Meissner was very professional.
