The appointment was with Dr. Gousse. However, I was seen by a young nurse practitioner who is really nice. Our interaction was productive and professional. He gave me hope for my concern. I am waiting to see improvement in my health.
Got there 15 minutes before my appointment. Waited an hour and a half to be seen by the nurse who just did the regular blood pressure test. Then I was told the doctor would be right in to see me. 45 min later. I was moved to another room and was told the same thing. And still waited another 30 minutes. To be seen by 1 doctor. After this was told to wait for Dr. G and this took another 20 minutes. So a 12 pm appointment, I did not leave the office until nearly 4 pm. Definitely never going back here. To be in an office for nearly 4 hours. And 80% of that time is just waiting to be seen is RIDICULOUS

I think they took advantage of me to charge me the deductible. Because I wrote and specifically said I was there because of a kidney stone and after all that they made ur ne test, then he said he was not working on kidney stones. Completely a waste of my time.

Great staff and treatment. The PA was amazing! She made sure I felt comfortable and gave me the privacy I needed before my procedure. The doctor was very professional. They have a great front desk staff as well
This was my first time ever visiting an Urologist, so i was nervous and wondering what it would be like. Dr. Angelo was super friendly and casual about it and it made me feel like it was nothing, we had a good conversation and i was able to ask some questions without any embarrassment, he made me feel comfortable with the whole situation and was chatting with me all the way. This is a great professional and a very respectable gentleman!

Doctor say that the pain I have is normal, he send me to do an ultrasound, and say they didn’t found anything. Pain persist and it does seem like something, will get a second opinion from a different doctor.
He is phenomenal. His staff is excellent.
Verified patient
This was my 1st visit and I was very pleased with Dr. Gousse and his P.A. she was knowledgeable, asked questions and listened patiently. The office was nice and clean and the reception area was comfortable and the front desk nurse was very nice. I was scheduled immediately for an explorative procedure next week to be diagnosed and start treatment.

Waiting room was a disaster. Too many people while cleaning people moving you out of the way to pick up. Once I finally got back to the room was seen first by a PA which is fine but he didn't listen to anything she said! Then he examined me WHILE SHE WAS IN THE ROOM! Completely unprofessional and arrogant. Waste of time and money.

Very professional and went very well.
the visit was excellent , the staff was really welcoming and provided good customs service and they are very positive. the doctor was very friendly and gave me a good consultation .
Verified patient
The doctor was so busy that he hardly spent anytime with you. He appears to practice by trail and error. As an example "try this med and see me in 30 days" I did that 3 times before it was time to move on.
Verified patient
Appointment past very quickly, even though I waited for so long. I expected more attention and more details about my health condition. Dr. Gousse seems quite professional, but he is too serious. It feels like he is not interested in his patients and have no passion about his job. His first prescription didn't give me any positive results, but follow up at my second visit worked well. I'll probably will look for another doctor.
I was very welcomed in my first visit with Doctor Gousse. He is very professional, and organized. I would be gladly to recommend my family members ,and as well as my friends to him. Great doctor!
Verified patient
I love the place and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Gousse was extremely professional, very nice and knowledgeable. He made me at ease and has a great sense of humor. He is straight to the point and exceed my expectation. He gave me hope when I almost gave up. I am very pleased and I have great result. I would highly recommend to friends and family.
He was not professional at all. First, I was seen by the PA or MA (i don't know) and explained her the reason for my visit. After a few minutes the Doctor came in and I didn't like the way he was. Not professional, didn't explained me what he was going to do, nothing. I felt very uncomfortable. I don't think I will go back again to see him.
