My first impression was great and I felt taken care of in the moment. She asked a lot of questions and made a follow up plan. I feel like my wellness is in the hands of a good doctor who has a support staff that is kind and good at their jobs.

Dr. Le is a good doctor. She could be more attentive to your questions, but she listens. However, if your insurance changes and you provide new information, the staff do not inform you that they do not accept your new insurance. I was informed only after I had been to see Dr. Le three additional times. This resulted in out-of-network costs for me. The only thing Dr. Le's office had to say was, "It is the patient's responsibility to find out if insurance is accepted." I believe that when you submit your insurance information, the doctor's office should tell you if they accept it or not. How else will you know?

Dr Le was great and professional so this review is hard, I don't often write negative reviews but people need to know about this office. The office staff here is very unprofessional on both occasions I went in. They keep the frosted glass closed at all times and there is no way to let them know you are there. You stand there waiting (15 + 20 minutes for each time I went), just to check in for your appointment. Then the staff seems very irritated in general (maybe just overworked?) and they couldn't find the ZocDoc info I had filled out before hand. I had some blood work done and they told me to call in 2 days if I hadn't heard back. I called 3 days later and couldn't get through, got their voicemail in the morning and 3x more in the afternoon. Tried again after the weekend and was disconnected 3x, then on hold for 10 minutes then disconnected. On the next time I called I was on hold for 10 minutes again but finally got someone on the line who told me that they had my results but hadn't looked at them yet and they would get back to me, but of course they didn't. Dr. Le was great but would not recommend this office to anyone.

She is a very kind, compassionate and thorough physician. She was conservative in her approach. I myself work in medicine, and I was very pleased with this initial appointment. The office was very clean and easy to access.
