About Dr. Isaac Pugach
Growing up in Dallas as a child, Isaac Zinovy Pugach (pronounced POOH-gach) graduated from Richardson High School. He studied as an undergrad at Rice University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree and graduating with Honors. Subsequently, he attended medical school at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. After graduating in the top quarter of his medical school class, Dr. Pugach completed post-graduate Emergency Medicine internship and Internal Medicine residency at large teaching hospitals in New York City. After taking American Board of Internal Medicine certification exam and scoring in top 10% of the candidates, Doctor Pugach became board certified in Internal Medicine. He has been licensed and has practiced medicine since 2003. In 2006 he moved back to Texas, and founded Complete Med Care, a Dallas family medicine practice. Spanish and Russian is spoken in Dr. Pugach's office.

Misleading at best. My insurance allows a specialty Doctor first visit at $a small fee. They wanted 4 times that amount for a "consult", then another appointment and charge more to discuss a PRP injection. Ridiculous and way overpriced. Seemed like "bait & switch" to me. I'm not going to try him again.
