Overall it was a wonderful visited. Great reception and great doctor.
Waiting time is little bit more, but worth waiting for right advise and 'to the point' medication.
New patient but excellent customer service and bed side manner.
My appointment was at 8:30 am, I arrived 6 minutes early, and the doctor was there, but his receptionist was not, so I had to wait until she arrived, which was close to 9 am.
I went to Dr. Verma based on online reviews and he exceeded my expectations! Already referred him to others and i will continue to highly recommend him for his knowledge, expertise, and excellent professionalism!
This was my first meeting with Dr. Verma. I went to his office in Fairfax for my annual physical. I am a healthy, physically active adult, so after my physicals I am generally sent on my merry way unless I am extremely vocal about any health issues I think I may have. That being said, I suppose I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Verma requested a follow-up visit for something that had been bothering me over the past couple of months - I doubt it's a serious health issue, but he certainly seemed to be listening. It was a routine visit and things went rather smoothly. The nurse did, however, seem to be on the cusp of being overwhelmed as she scrambled between receptionist and medical duties. I don't think I spent enough time with Dr. Verma to rate him as excellent, but I certainly didn't see anything that would suggest he isn't capable of achieving such a rating.
We were seen right away, Dr. Verma was very knowledgeable and made very interesting points in regards to my visit.
Dr. Anil Verma is a very knowledgeable man. He had enough time to listen to my problems and explained his diagnosis and did not jumped into any conclusion. His experience and good nature were noticeable. Highly recommended !!!!
Dr. Verma was the consumate professional with me, & he offered suggestions at my work to lessen the arm pain I had. I will go back to his office. The one complaint I have is that zoc doc said that his office accepted online paperwork, but yet I was asked to fill out paperwork while in the office, so I ended up filling out lengthy paperwork twice. It was great that he offered Sunday office hours too.
My visit with Dr Verma went very well. He takes his time to explain things and makes sure I walk away understanding what the next steps are. The office staff is also very professional and supportive.
Business focused , not focused on patients problem. He charges twice , first visit and then on second visit for follow up to check blood result. This is my first experience to pay twice with in one week for the same purpose.
Was worried about switching to a new doctor by Doctor Verma was fantastic. Doctor Verma seems to be genuinely listening and asks all of the right questions. Was able to get diagnosed quickly and had my prescription sent to my local pharmacy right away. The staff and nurses were also extremely helpful.
Horrible understanding of my issues and worried about how to bill and next appointment
Great Doctor! Takes the necessary time to listen to the patient, excellent bedside manners; wish there were doctors like Dr. Anil Verma.
I will definitely use him for my primary doctor. I was really pleased!
it was good.
Dr. Verma is an AWESOME individual! Not only is he knowledgeable, but he also is a great listener. More importantly, he is quite kind! Jennifer greeted me with a smile; she was very welcoming and efficient. His nurse also was efficient and personable. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Verma to those who are seeking a primary care doctor who really CARES and who will go the extra mile to take care of any health issues you may be experiencing. Kudos to Dr. Anil Verma and his staff!!
Well, office is pretty small and crowded. Not much sitting area and sick patients come in contact with healthy ones. Office staff lacks good communication, take their own sweet time to respond to u. Costs are not properly elaborated and xtra prices r sneaked in. Due to heavy rush quality is effecting.
My visit was pleasant and very reassuring. I'm happy that I chose Dr. Verma!
Dr. Verna was very kind, understanding, and helped to solve my issues. The nursing staff were all great as well. Decor could use a little freshening up and was quite cold, but I got past it.
Both the receptionist and doctor were very pleasant and accomodating
LOVE LOVE Dr. Verna and his staff. Such great caring and thorough bedside manner. Highly recommend him.
None of my documents I filled out online with Zoc Doc were available for the doctor. I had to fill out all the paper work all over again.
Excellent and Professional
the visit was great and his staff are wonderful. The only thing not good that you have to fill the forms again.
The entire appointment was less than 45min (including time to fill out paperwork) and they even called me to see if I wanted to come in earlier than the scheduled time. Very friendly staff, and Dr. Anil Verma has wonderful bedside manners! Don't be alarmed when you notice that the office looks like it came straight out of the 80's- great experience. HIGHLY recommended. Also the information you fill out on ZocDoc, the Dr. office does not have access to that paperwork so you don't save any time at all filling that information out online (actually a waste of time).
Overall, great service! The doc is very knowledgeable and staff are friendly.
Thorough and did not rush at all. He seemed very comfortable with everything he was doing and had excellent bedside manner. I don't mind waiting a little bit for a good doctor as that usually indicates he takes time to listen throughly to his patients
