I nearly passed out before my blood test. Reduced me to a cold sweat and full-blown panic attack. The doctor and nurse were very understanding and caring. The blood test was postponed because of my ill-fated reaction to the thought of the procedure. My physical was re-scheduled with a promise of no blood test in the future. Really appreciate the flexibility of the doctor and his staff.

Dr. Verma has been our doctor for many years. However, either working 7 days a week seems to be affecting his overall work or his support staff is negligent. We’ve experienced multiple mistakes made on requests for bloodwork, medication refills, etc., and those errors have no place in medicine. Dr. Verma is kind and intelligent, but something has been off for the last year that has our family ready to find another doctor.

I've had two visits and the doctor spent a total of 10 minutes with him. He prescribed me some medicine and instructions that did not work, but kept wanting me to come back after a month without providing me a through explanation of why the medicine didn't work and educate me on what some other possibility could be. There was not enough conversation with me to really get down to the bottom of what's going on, but rather a very quick assessment and then a prescription of medicine both times.

The yearly checkup was pretty much just a blood test. Then another appointment for reviewing the result. The review was a less than 5 mins hurry through the numbers, which I felt i can read through lab results myself. Basically the Doc has no time.
Overall waste of my money.

Doctor is fine. Billing was confusing. They wanted me to pay upfront and wait to get reimbursement once they get paid by insurance. Had to call insurance to double check and when insurance agent wanted to talk to them they refused just accepted the copay I had on the insurance card. Weird.

The practice appeared to be a pop-up, the Doctor asked me a series of questions and didn't give me time to answer and then rushed me out lol. The nurse practitioner used a laptop to conduct EKG readings. Finally, the office didn't call me back to share my test results for annual checkup.

I find it odd that I take a physical and every time have to pay for another visit to get my results. I believe that my results should not put me into another appointment unless there is a finding. In the years I have visited I have questioned this but realize it is unnecessary. If I take tests I would expect a call and mailing to get my results unless there is a concern.

It was my initial visit. I wanted a general check-up exam (I'm 66 y.o.). and a consultation on a persistent stomach ache. He listened (which I consider VERY important) and gave me a prescription which seems to be working. Folo up has been scheduled. Sunday appt was convenient.
