Trained at the Naomi Berrie Diabetes Center and the Friedman Diabetes Institute, Dr. Nandi can also manage insulin pump and continuous glucose monitoring for type 1 diabetic patients. Doctor cancelled on me the first time, then was 1.5 hours late for my next appointment....at 2 pm.

I sit for 45 minutes waiting on the doctor, the physical therapist is there in the lobby arguing with the front desk ladies and how the office would be nothing without him and how he brought the business. I get to see the doctor. First 7 minutes were her explaining her policies and then 3 where I can discuss my symptoms and concerns followed by 2 of her saying she can't treat me, gives me to the number of someone who can, I make the appointment and when I get to my next after a whole month of waiting, SHE SENT ME TO THE WRONG SPECIALIST. I later get a bill for the untreated, misguided session. Not okay.

One of the WORST medical appointments I have ever had. I booked a “thyroid evaluation” with this doctor despite the bad reviews because it was the soonest I could get in. The office was incredibly unorganized and everyone was in disarray. After waiting for OVER an hour to see the doctor on my lunch break, Dr Nandi finally called me into her office. Upon sitting down I was informed that she only works Tuesday afternoons and Monday mornings and she only has access to her email during those two times so you’re pretty much out of luck if there is an emergency. After explaining to her my symptoms, she then proceeded to tell me that she does not do thyroid evaluations and I will have to see a primary doctor. Apparently she only sees you once you’ve been diagnosed with the disorder. At first I had thought this was my mistake and maybe I booked something incorrectly but referred back to Zocdoc and I DID in fact book an appointment for a thyroid evaluation with Dr Nandi. My appointment lasted no longer than 2 minutes and not only was it an incredible waste of time but everyone was rude and the office felt more like a waiting room to a police station than a doctors office. I am actually quite nervous that they now have my social security number on file.

My original appointment was canceled the day of, since the doctor did not come in. Waited two hours only for the doctor to be in a meeting, without letting any patient know.The doctor later tells me she does not feel comfortable treating me, then later says she can treat me. But does nothing to prescribe for my condition or even request lab work.
