Unfortunately, I found her to be very un caring, distant, and didnt even look at me during the visit, only at her computer. She even treated me for a sinus infection without doing any exam at all, and I am still not well. It has been several weeks. They didn't do as much as vitals on my visit either. Very disturbing, but the main problem is that she doesn't listen to the patients at all. I would rather go to the er before her in the future.

The second visit was much better. She showed interest in my in patient file. This time I had a problem to investigate and she ordered an xray on my knee. We discussed the muscle pain I have having and are looking into options to find out what it is. We went over my labs and made another appt. 8 times better than our first meeting.

My father was a Doctor and in 54 years I have never met a doctor more detached and uninterested in a new patient. I have illnesses but maintain daily with my Rx for over 20 yrs. I exercise and and try to eat good. Because of HMO rules I have to have a PCP to get referals for my specialist. Her comment to me was "You take too many pills" and "with all these specialists what do you need me for?" I wanted to reply because you get a quarterly check for managing my file regardless of whether I am sick and come to you or not! She rushed me out unfinished doing my refills on Rx because she had a dinner meeting to go to at 5:30pm. I was at her office at 2:30pm. Not my fault she is so slow. Wasn't a good first impression. I would say we don't fit well for a match. But....I have to have a PCP.
