I received my undergraduate and medical degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Prior to completing my OB/GYN residency at the University of Arizona, I did two years of general surgery training at Penn State University at Hershey Medical Center. During my OB/GYN residency I was recognized for excellence in medical student education, research and minimally invasive gynecological surgery.
Following OB/GYN residency, I did additional fellowship training in complex gynecologic and pelvic surgery at UW Medicine, Northwest Hospital and Medical Center. I was delighted to join Meridian Women’s Health in September 2012 after completing my fellowship. My interests are:
-Minimally invasive gynecologic surgery utilizing traditional -laparoscopy or da Vinci robotics
-Normal labor and birth
-Vaginal birth after cesarean section
-Cervical dysplasia
-Contraception and family planning
-Menopause
I enjoy working with my patients to empower them to be the best advocate for their health.
