She had terrible bedside manner and seemed annoyed by my requests as I have some complicated issues. Sorry I wasn't just a typical cold but she should have been more understanding. She didn't smile or show any sort of kindness whatsoever. Would be a better IT person or someone that doesn't have to interact with people.
