I loved her. I was really looking for a doctor who wouldn't see me as a guinea pig, prescribing me whatever medicine. She had a great bedside manner, very engaging, and listened intently. I found a great endocronologist.

Dr. Grover is amazing. Before coming to her, I had been diagnosed with a condition but wanted a second opinion because my symptoms were atypical. Previous doctors told me what they thought I had just telling me I was a non-textbook case (and didn't explain the condition so I was happy to just treat the symptoms rather than the underlying cause.) I found Dr. Grover on ZocDoc and chose to see her based on her credentials (which are pretty impressive) as well as her expertise in the condition with which I was diagnosed. She spent over forty five minutes of my first appointment educating me about the syndrome, going through a number of different possible courses of action and taking the time to make sure I understood each. I came back for a follow up and she was very thorough, not just about the near term treatment but about long term as well. In addition to being a great doctor, I didn't wait at all for my appointment and was seen within five minutes of my appointment time. Overall I have never been as impressed with any doctor as I am with her!

The doctor is great but the support staff are awful and don't care about the patients. They tell you they "put you in a system" when you come in, but somehow they doctor doesn't know that you are there, waiting. Same thing happens when you come in for bloodwork. You wait for almost an hour, check on what takes so long, get rude answers that you are "already in the system" and "they can't help you", not even a "sorry". Then you find out that the nurse never even knew (or cared to check the "system"?) that you've been waiting forever, as she carelessly walks out of the office in front of you. They need to fire that young front desk girl who has a horrible, unhelpful attitude and hates her job and the patients. She should get a life.

I have been experiencing symptoms of hypothyroidism for years. Each doctor I've been to has told me that I'm healthy and completely fine since my TSH falls between the outdated "normal" range, even though I've been experiencing hypothyroid symptoms for years. Dr. Grover treats the patients symptoms rather than relying solely on testing scores, which I thought was wonderful. She was the first doctor who has really listened to my concerns and plans to treat me. Highly recommended!

Dr. Grover is amazing. I've been looking for someone to explain various symptoms and test results from last year, and she explained each result, and whether it was affecting my health. After four other doctors in the last year failed to do just that, meeting Dr. Grover was such a relief. I had been worried I'd never have a straight answer from a doctor. She's knowledgeable and can explain everything in plain terms. Felt very happy leaving her office. She also saw me on time!
