I was very impressed with Dr. Anju Sodhi. She is a good listener and very thorough in her approach.

She is very nice, comfortable and makes you feel as if she knows you. Also she is very through and makes sure to cover everything. The blood work was quick and painless. Also, they make sure your insurance covers you before unlike doctors who just run tests to get more money from you. She makes sure that your diagnosis wasn't a sub-clinical issue that was borderline and passed over simply because a test did not catch it.

She immigrated to the United States in 1990, and three years later earned a degree in naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington. Since then, she has been actively practicing Ayurvedic medicine and Naturopathic medicine at the Ayurvedic and Naturopathic Medical Clinic in Bellevue, Washington with her husband, Dr. Shailinder Sodhi, and her brother-in-law, Dr. Virender Sodhi.
In her patient care, Dr. Sodhi emphasizes the importance of healthy eating habits based on Ayurvedic principles and body types. In 2005, she added an esthetician degree to her educational expertise after seeing a need for skin care services within her practice. This led her to open Abha Skin Care and Medical Spa, which operates in conjunction with the Ayurvedic and Naturopathic Medical Clinic.
In addition to a busy practice, Dr. Sodhi is a mother of three beautiful children. She loves to cook and enjoys traveling and outdoor activities.
