The doctor was fantastic! I wish the paperwork was more streamlined through-- I filled out the same thing I put on here (zocdoc) as I did in the office, and then found out they already had all of it because of the doctor network they're in anyways.
Got my prescription, spoke with a kind doctor, and on my way. Definitely will come back in a year.
