For self pay patients: Our routine eye exams start at $225. Contact lens evaluations and fittings are additional and start at $115. Medically related visits must be billed to your medical insurance (not vision insurance) and start at $165. We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment no less than 24 hours prior to your visit. We understand life is full of the unexpected, last minute cancelation and rescheduling without a 24 notice may be subject to a $65 fee. Appointments that are missed without cancellation are considered a “NO SHOW” & will result in a $65 charge. Dr. Stivia Demiri, FAAO, received her Doctor of Optometry degree from The New England College of Optometry and completed a residency in ocular disease at the White River Junction VA Medical Center, where she gained advanced experience diagnosing and managing a broad range of ocular conditions. She practiced optometry in Vermont with a private practice group before joining our team in September 2023. Dr. Demiri provides comprehensive eye care with a special focus on ocular disease, dry eye management, and the co-management of patients undergoing cataract and refractive surgery in collaboration with Ophthalmologists. She is also highly skilled in contact lens fittings and examinations, including both soft and hard lenses.
