The office staff was very friendly and efficient. I was very impressed with Dr. Falabella. She was really nice and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions. My only complaint was that there was a long wait time, but it's understandable since the doctors in the office are so good. Overall, great experience.

As a 10 yr. patient of Dr. Falabella, she is the most highly trained, professional, and caring physician that I've ever had. I drive 3.5 hours every 6 mos. just to see her. That says it all!

Definitely worth the hour and a half wait!!! She takes her time with you and gives a thorough explanation of the different treatment options. I would highly recommend Her to everyone! Sometimes you have to wait for better physicians and health care professionals. If you want great treatment, bedside manners , and someone who is not just going to write a prescription then go to her. She is knowledgeable and very sweet.

Dr. Falabella is an amazing doctor with so much knowledge, kindness and experience. She has been instrumental in diagnosing and healing my leg ulcers. The only complaint I have is that the wait can be quite long to see her (most of the time I am ok with it because she is worth it) and this occasionally makes her a bit too rushed for questions. I still think highly of her and would recommend her!

Dr. Falabella and her staff are professional and helpful. Dr. Falabella takes time with you and explains everything in detail. The wait may be somewhat long but that is because she doesn't rush you once you are in the exam room.

Dr.Falabella really is exceptional, she's always a pleasure to visit regardless of your reason. She sits down and takes her time with you, as opposed to just walking in and seeming careless as other doctors may do. Definitely recommend her if you are looking for a professional who will always try to solve your dermatologic issues!

Best experience I have had with a physician in the last 10 years. The office is clean, organized and the staff is very nice and attentive. The waiting time was not long compared to what I am use to waiting in a doctor's office. Doctor Falabella is extremely attentive. Unless other physicians she took her time with me. I did not feel rushed or felt that she was in a rush. She listened to all of my concerns, and put me an ease with a smile. I work in the medical field and I understand how hard is for some patients to understand medical language, Dr. Falabella explained everything in easy words and terms that are easy for a non-medical person to understand. I will recommend her to anybody looking for a dermatologist.

Dr. Fallabella explained what she was doing, was very thorough in checking for basal cell and other cancer forms during my first visit. She took 3 biopsies and treated a few precancers. She recommended type of sunblock that I needed. I look forward to more appointments that we will discuss other skin treatments for brownspots and skin care.

Dr Falabella has always the smile for you. She greats you with a handshake and listens to your concern. She is very calm and precise in her treatment and explains the situation very well. She takes time to listen to questions or comments and tells you what to expect with possible outcomes. I recommand her to everyone and I am an Aesthetician. Her bedside manners are exceptional.
