Anna holds a BS in Dietetics, Nutrition, and Food Management from Murray State University and an MS in Exercise/Performance Nutrition from Florida State University. She has been a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) for over 15 years. Originally from Kentucky, Anna has lived in Florida, Georgia, Lyon (France), and now resides in Dallas, Texas. She loves traveling with her family, being outdoors, riding her bike, and practicing yoga. Her most memorable bike ride was in Alaska, where she saw a mother moose with her calf in the wild.
