After I moved from Armenia to the United States, I realized that no matter where I am and what the circumstances are; being a doctor and being able to care for someone in their most vulnerable state feels like home anywhere in the world to me.
I found a new passion in seeing women empowered, and in women getting the latest options in health care; helping them to make the best decisions available today that is not based on any limitations!
Obstetrics and Gynecology became the the option that will allow me to explore all the aspects of women's health, desire to be beautiful, confident and being able to always be there for their families and loved ones.
Years of research at the Minimally Invasive Surgery Division at USC gave me an insight into completing most surgical interventions with techniques that allow my patients to go home the same day with minimal and/or no scarring at all.
I have worked on embryonic stem cell research at the City of Hope in order to be able to incorporate the latest research with traditional medicine.
Today I am happy to offer cosmetic procedures that use the body's natural ability to rejuvenate itself along with the most complicated gynecologic surgeries and female hormonal imbalance treatments including management of premature menopause.
In the field of reconstructive pelvic surgery I have been focusing on issues of pelvic prolapse that affects so many women and still considered one of the most underaddressed areas of contemporary practices.

My appointment with Dr. Anna Gevorgyan was awful. She made me feel really uncomfortable. This doctor made terrible comments about my body as she was inspecting it. I will definitely not ever go back to her office. Also, the receptionists were really unprofessional. I had to call back 3-4 times to get an answer regarding my insurance. Please avoid this office at all costs.

Although the wait was a bit long (it was an exceptionally busy day because Dr. Gevorgyan was out of town part of the week), the visit couldn't have gone better. It was my first pap smear, and she really took care of me once I told her that. She was great!
