My visit was quite mediocre. I was looking for a doctor that would be warm and empathetic, because I get nervous and feel judged when I go to doctors, and Dr. Martin did not give me the warm vibe I was hoping for. She didn’t seem to want to shake my hand and she didn’t really say goodbye when leaving. She was pretty cold and unempathetic, and it felt like she was making assumptions about me instead of trying to help me. I felt like I was going through a production line and I had to work hard to get my concerns heard. Waiting an hour to be seen wasn’t great either. At least the waiting room seemed clean and it is in a safe part of town? I have had excellent doctors in the past - maybe my standards are too high?

She’s a great physician, her knowledge is amazing and the office is beautiful. The only reason I think my wait time was so long was because I was 10 minutes late, but I waited almost an hour to see her but didn’t want to knock any stars off if it was my fault. Overall, I highly recommend!

I really like her. She listens and I feel comfortable. She ordered a urinary sample and did bloodwork on my first visit and they discovered a UTI even though I had no symptoms which is awesome because who wants symptoms anyway. They were very thorough and addressed all of my concerns. She gave me samples before i filled my prescription and it worked for me !
