I did not see the providers I initially booked with but I still had a great experience with Jean. He was patient and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. The blood draw was quick and painless, and the nurse and front desk ladies did an awesome job of making me feel comfortable.

They never followed up with my appointment and labs they said i would get and were even missing some. then when i left a review since they would not call me back, they still never contacted me but instead sent me a letter in the mail saying i need to find a new provider and i had to mail back completed form pay for that form to be mailed if i want to get my medical records. Crazy. Awful. Can’t believe this. I could be dying or have serious sickness and they make things more complicated for people who are just there to check their health.

Firstly, i was not even seen by the doctor i wanted to see. I was seen by the NP. That would of been fine if she was helpful with my issue, but she wasn’t. I don’t even think she cared. Then i got my blood work done, i received results next day through quest portal, NP never even called me to go over it. My bloodwork did not come back normal. Like i said, she doesn’t care. It’s been a week, still no call. Go to a doctor that cares! These people don’t care.

I am very happy with Royal Palm Medical Group. Dr. Laborde is a very caring Dr. He is very thorough and listens patiently to your symptoms. I never feel rushed and always feel at ease when I leave the office. He will refer you to the specialist you need. The front desk ladies are very helpful and fast. The assistant is friendly and professional.

This was a good experience. He listened to me and got to the root of my issue. I’m actually feeling better on the regimen he put me on. Thank you doctor!!! They don’t play and give it to you straight though, so let them work with you and listen to them!!
