I visited this office some time ago and I have not been back since. The wait time was insanely long 1-2 hours for a standard checkup, despite having given all of my information online already. It's just not a place where I felt comfortable. One of the nurses asked me how long it was since I had been to the doctor. I told her and her response was "ooooh girl!" How is that remotely appropriate?? The worst part was the doctor's bedside manner. She asked me a standard question of how many partners I've had. I told her a low number. But, I said "Um" before my answer. Many people naturally say um when they speak! She latched on to "Um" and insinuated that I was lying to her. Really? How rude can you get? I felt that she was insinuating a lot about my lifestyle, morals, etc. that were off base and unprofessional. You don't know me. Why would you assume that I'm lying? Why would you think that I should and would automatically have a lot of partners? Despite the fact that the staff is all female, I think they need to do a lot of work on treating women with respect and not with suspicion and rudeness. Girl Bye. Find a different place to go to.

Dr. Espaillat was very pleasant to me. She saw me promptly, was nice, and did not rush the visit. The only reason why I would hesitate to recommend her to my peers is because she seems to be behind on ACOG (American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists) recommendations for adolescents and young adults when it comes to contraception. She refused to insert an IUD for me based on outdated information (I'm a health educator who does contraceptive counseling). I assume she's excellent in everything else she does, but just needs to brush up on the new recommendations provided by ACOG so she can provide her patients with accurate services,

Dr. Dominiguez Espaillat was very kind and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and helped me find the specific prescription that I preferred. Also, I have a very inconvenient fear of needles, but she and her nurses were extremely gentle and reassuring during the procedure. I have had some bad experiences with OBGYN doctors and staff in the past but I truly feel that I've finally found the medical professionals I've been hoping for—he office is clean, the staff is attentive and friendly, and Dr. Dominiques Espaillat made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Dominguez was very pleasant. She answered any questions I had sufficiently and made it easy for me to understand. She took her time with me and made me feel very comfortable. The staff here is amazing and very nice and caring also answering any questions I had for them to the best of their ability. I strongly suggest coming to Dr. Dominguez.

I loved my first visit. I love going to a place and everyone is so friendly and genuine. She was really nice and friendly as well as gentle and she explained what was going to happen. Everything happened very quickly, I was seen quite fast and even when they took blood, it was super fast. The staff are also very nice and friendly. The lady who took my blood definitely knew what she was doing because I barely felt it. I would definitely recommend this doctor.
