About Dr. Satya Polavarapu
As a maternal fetal medicine subspecialist, my practice provides care for women with medical, surgical, obstetrical, fetal, and genetic complications associated with pregnancy. I focus on the diagnosis and treatment of expectant mothers and their babies. I also provide preconception counseling, consultative services, advanced ultrasound diagnosis, and fetal testing and amniocentesis. We create a partnership with our expecting mothers to guide them and help them navigate any potential high-risk condition that they or their child may face

I didn’t even go to appointment because the day prior and the morning of I called for over an hour and got no answer from the office. I end up speaking with an operator and she tried calling the office directly same outcome. She ended up moving my appointment from 10am to 1:45pm. All of a sudden I get a call from the office telling me they gave my 1:45pm slot to someone else …. After calling for over an hour. I told them cancel my appointment I will go where my time is respected to at least accommodated. Why would I want a 2:45 appointment allll the way next week ? Hence as to why I kept calling to avoid that.

Was told to go to a different location two days before the appointment. Once at the appointment, they had forgotten they called me prior and told me to go to that location. Communication about my IUD status was terrible. Had to call multiple times in a month and a half always asking for updates- Only to be told at the very end they couldn’t charge me through my medical benefits so I did not do the IUD there. What a waste of time.

Not a place where everything can be done. Very limited services available….you need to book an appointment else where because they don’t draw blood is insane…..sono tech also there on certain days just to much here and there and appointments to come back when you can go to a place that can provide everything all at once. Over all the staff was very friendly.

Yes, very nice environment and clean. All staff members are very friendly and nice. Doctors and nurses are very helpful and friendly, good listener and explain everything well. Highly recommended and will visit again if I have to.

I loved the help at the desk as soon as I walked in, the first nurse who took my vitals and the doctor that I had my full appointment with. This office felt really welcoming and everyone working seemed super intelligent and informed. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back here in the future.
