Dr Bailey was very thorough and attentive. She gave me a lot of great suggestions and listened to me. I have anxiety and I get white coat hypertension in medical settings, and this is the first office where they didn’t just try to shove BP meds down my throat without listening. All the staff were excellent, and nurse Destiny was lovely. Highly recommend

Completely unprofessional. They forgot I was in the room for over an hour and I had to walk around the facility to find a nurse to help me get my labs done. Never got the flu shot I signed up for, because at that point I was waiting for 2.5 hours. Dr. Bailey sat on my pre-operative clearance report for three weeks before turning it into my surgeon, even though it was a surgery I needed to aggressively plan for. Poor communication and no customer service whatsoever.
