Annie was very accommodating. She diagnosed my eyesight changes very quickly even though it was my first visit and all she had was my old contact prescription.

Office is clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I was seen by the doctor right away after checking - in. The doctor was friendly.

Annie was very thorough and patient when addressing the blurred light text on dark background night vision I was experiencing w/my glasses. She approached the problem in a systematic, friendly & understanding way. She re-examined my eyes and then allowed me to use an optical trial frame to confirm my astigmatism prescription myself. She then requested her supplier to tighten tolerances on the delivered lenses (which works!) & then offered digital lenses as a backup solution. She also the eye fatigue I was experiencing for years by taking the time to understand my lifestyle, she prescribed me a pair of "computer" glasses for close reading at work to be worn along with my current glasses for farsighted use. Annie has also been very helpful w/addressing my dry eyes, performing Meibomian gland expression twice w/revitalizing results. I only wish others w/dry eyes could find someone as helpful as Annie.
