About Dr. Lisa Shiroishi
I was born and raised in Los Angeles. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern California and earned my Doctor of Optometry degree from Marshall B. Ketchum University. I have extensive experience in primary care optometry, including pediatric vision and low vision rehabilitation. I have worked at several centers for the blind and partially sighted, Veterans hospitals, and inner-city clinics to provide healthcare for children. I have dedicated my time to vision screenings at public schools, AIDS Project Los Angeles, and many community clinics. I am Board certified in the treatment and management of ocular diseases and have received glaucoma certification. I am a member of the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, and Santa Clara Optometric Society. Outside the practice, I enjoy every minute with my two young children. If I get a moment or two, I find happiness and relaxation through music, theater, gardening, and cooking.

Lisa and her team were very nice, friendly, and accommodating. They were patient with me and walked me through all my billing and medical questions.
