The doctor was very nice and pleasant. This was my first appointment with this office. The only reason I won't go back again is the wait time. I arrived at 2:45 for my 3:00 appointment. I didn't get called to a room until 3:30; didn't see the doctor until 4:15; got left in my room until 5:30 waiting for lab orders because apparently they forgot I was even in the room until then. The only reason they realized I was still there was because my husband told them I was. He was there for a 4:00 appointment and he was done before me. That is unacceptable and it was a very frustrating experience for me. This has nothing to do with the doctor, she did nothing wrong. I just can't see myself going back to that office for a 10 minute appointment and be there for almost 3 hours.

My first visit with Dr. Dafnis was great!! She truly took the time to sit down with me to get to know me. She also gave great advice. On the other hand, I was disappointed with the check in process. The woman at the door told me stand and wait for check in and there were 3 women sitting at the kiosks with no one standing there and none acknowledged me standing there waiting to be checked in. I stood there for a while without being acknowledged. The woman from the doctor’s counter eventually called me over to check me in. Not sure what was going on today. Usually my check ins are quick.

I haven't been to the doctor in a while, Dr. Dafnis and her nurse Jeannie were both super friendly, down to earth and educational. Dr. Dafnis took her time and explained everything to me and definitely made me aware of some things that I can change to make my daily life a little bit easier.
