This was my initial visit and was highly impressed with the care from Dr Hans. I moved here 2 years ago leaving a primary care I had for over 20 years. It was difficult to find someone who made me feel as comfortable and important as my former Dr did. My visit with Dr Hans changed all that. He listened and took the time to learn about me and my medical history. He was thoughtful and understanding yet very personable. He was very genuine and proved he cared for my well being. I have not had this type of experience for some time.

Great, personable doctor. Down to earth and took plenty of time to talk to me about my health history, current issues and a potential plan. Staff was very kind and friendly as well. Can’t ask for anything more in primary care doctor.

I've been seeing Dr Hans for about 6-7 months now after switching from the GP I had for about 10 years and I have to say the I am so happy to have made the switch. Not only are we able to just relate on both being men in our mid to late 30s but he is very intelligent, incredibly kind, an empathetic listener. As a person with an autoimmune disorder and a slew of other things happening, it's a breath of fresh air to find a doctor that interested in all of those issues and wants to genuinely help find answers. Also want to shout out all of staff in the office because they are some of the sweetest people I've ever met. I know it's not an easy job to do as I'm a medical professional myself so kudos to all of them.

Very impressed. The office staff was great. Greated me, checked my insurance. Waiting room was clean and pleasant. Appointment was on time. Dr. Hans was very professional. He listened to my concerns, reviewed testing results and set up a plan to support goals. Very satisfied with Dr. Hans and the entire Baycare process.

This was my first appointment for new patient and was totally impressed with him and his staff. Dr. Hans was amazing!! He spent over a hour and was so easy to talk to. His bedside manner was top notch. Because of moving, I have had to change doctors a few times. In Naples I only saw a NP and never saw the doctor. It was so refreshing to actually see the doctor and have him spend so much time with me for my first visit. He was super attentive and also made me feel at ease because I do get anxiety with new doctors. I felt extremely at peace at my first visit. I highly would recommend as a primary physician.

The doctor is a fantastic human being. He took time to listen and the communication was fantastic. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about his Medical Assistant. She was very dry and not a people’s person. Even during the discharge, she gave me the papers in the room and went back right away to her chair. I had to ask another person to show me the exit since it was my first time there. I never had that experience with any MA before. I am a Nurse Practitioner and I know how important is the communication for every patient coming from me and my medical assistant.

I had to change primary care doctors because my company no longer has an In house physician for us at work. I had some anxiety going into the decision because of some recent health changes that I’ve had over that past year and chose Dr Hans based on reviews. I was pleasantly pleased with my choice. He asked a lot of questions and took time to answer all of my questions really putting my mind at ease. I didn’t feel rushed in anyway during the visit. The entire staff was courteous and they all answered or followed up on all of my questions.

Holy wow. A doctor who listens to hear, is present in the moment, is relatable, thoughtful and, dare I say, kind of fun? That was the best experience I have ever had meeting a new doctor.
