He received his board certification in 1989 from The American Board of Family Medicine and began his practice shortly after. Dr. Popek has one teenage daughter and a lovely wife. He enjoys working around his house and gardening.

Awesome Doctor!
He asked a lot of good questions, listened, and really opened up my eyes on things I truly never considered regarding my health.
He left me feeling cared about, gave me great advice/knowledge, and also gave me some great tips to do at home! I will for sure take care of myself while i’m still young, and not wait until the last minute . . .like I usually do with almost everything ??. . .
Definitely will continue to be a patient!

i arrived at 2:30pm exactly, filled out my form, and was ushered inside. Once the nurse went through the initial pressure/questions time, she left, saying "the doctor will be in shortly".
The doctor came after 35 minutes. I don't know whether that's normal....I rarely go to the doctor's.
He apologized for the delay. Friendly, courteous, professional, and a great bedside manner. Explained symptoms clearly and candidly.
Highly recommended (except for the wait).

I didn’t care for all the paperwork that I found unnecessary. The overall visit wasn’t bad, but I got the feeling they may try to bill insurance for as much as they can. I understand they’re supposed to make money, but they asked me to take a depression survey that said this test may or may not be covered by my insurance. So, again I found a lot of the paperwork to be unnecessary. They also had me sign a contract even though I didn’t receive a narcotic. They also had me sign a paper letting me know that dr.popek is an investor in the practice. So, like I said before, a lot of unnecessary paperwork.

This was my first visit. Dr.Popek is a gentleman. He made me feel very comfortable to talk to.
Has a great bedside manner.
He gave suggestions regarding my concerns and some tips as well.
Only concern for me would be the waiting time which was almost an hour.
But other than that I would definitely visit him for any consultation.
