They even took my blood work and gave me referrals/ prescriptions for procedures or other doctors I needed to see UNFORTUNATELY i got a new patient appointment with a doctor leaving NEXT WEEK and thus my care has already been transferred to someone I have had no contact with

With a background in public health and healthcare leadership, Dr. Slonim has spent a large segment of his career leading major hospitals, practices, and healthcare programs towards providing the best in quality and satisfaction to patients. He graduated from the New York Medical College, and earned both his Masters and Doctorate in Public Health from the George Washington University of Public Health. He is board certified in the areas of Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Adult and Pediatric Critical Care. He is a fellow in the Society of Critical Care Medicine, a Fellow of the American Association of Physician Leaders, and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He recently moved to Florida to enjoy the beauty of the Sunshine State. He is happily married, and has 4 grandchildren. Dr. Slonim is an avid biker, and enjoys cooking.
