YOU WILL SIT FOR HOURS, EVEN IF THE WAITING ROOM IS EMPTY!!!
This office needs some serious work in every area. Parking is horrible, if you're lucky enough to get a parking space. Women's bathroom door doesn't lock, office is old and looks it.
I've waited less time in an emergency room than this place. The wait time is ridiculous and its always like that. With that being said, a nurse/Medical assistant needs to do a patient triage shortly after they arrive. Taking vital signs and asking a patient what brings you to the Dr. today doesn't take more than five minutes. They need to seriously start doing this before they have a crisis occur right there in the waiting room. The way things are currently running there they could end up with a person losing their life or with irreversible damage done to their body.
Also, important detail for everyone that makes an appointment for this office using zocdoc, the office doesn't use it. I told the receptionist when I checked in that I made an appointment on zocdoc and her reply back was, "oh, we don't use it". She then goes on to say, we take walk-ins and don't bother with it. Well lady, like most people who make appointments is because we don't have the time nor the desire to sit for hours in a dang Dr's office. People already don't feel well or want to catch something else. If a person in the waiting room had something highly contagious you wouldn't know it for hours and by then it's too late. You've already exposed others too it.
Never again will I go here. I wouldn't even send my worst enemy here.

All I needed was some forms completed for my insurance claim. After talking to the nurse it was discovered that NONE of any of my other doctors notes were in my records. I contacted the other doctors about this. They assured me that everything including my X-rays and my follow up exams were sent to his office. The staff searched for the records for 15 minute. NOTHING!!!! Time to find a new primary care doctor.

Does not like to collaborate with the other doctors that are treating you. Very rude and none attentive to your needs. On the other hand the staff is great and very good at their jobs. the P.A.'s and nurses are also very good. The doctor is only there on Monday.

Appointment times are not honored. It is first come first served. My appointment was for 9am. Was seen by the assistant in 45 minutes. Waited for the doctor for 3 1/2 hours. Wrote the wrong prescription. That is the twice in two visits that this has happened. Changing Primary Care.
