Waited two hours and a half in the waiting area. Once I was called in waited one more hour for the doctor. Once the doctor came in I was not there more than 10 minutes.

I arrive and explain at reception I was bleeding because a recent endoscopy and colonoscopy and after finish doctor Reyes appointment need to go to gastroenterologist medical office to make tests why I still bleeding after 2 days of procedure.
They ignore me and I wait more than and hour, the 2 ladies into the reception did not advise the doctor I have that situation, after more than an hour I ask those ladies if they advise the doctor, and they didn't. After my compliant the call me next overriding at least 3 patients that were before me. When meet Dr. he did not know about my situation and I told him what happens. Now I'm under treatment for the bleeding I have.

i THINK THAT HE WAS VERY THOROUGH AND HE EXPLAINED TO ME EVERYTHING IN SIMPLE WORDS THAT I UNDERSTOOD. HE ALSO GAVE ME ALTERNATIVES OF WHAT CAN BE DONE IN MY CASE. HE ALSO EXPLAINED TO ME THAT THIS WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY AND THAT IT CAN BE DONE WHENEVER I DECIDED TO DO IT. I WAS SATISFIED AND WOULD RECCOMEND HIM , IN FACT I ALREADY RECCOMENDED HIM TO MY BROTHER IN LAW THAT HAVE PROSTATE PROBLEMS.
