The appointment went extremely well. Some mix up with the Zodiac online system sending me a cancellation of the appointment but Dr. Malhotra saw me. Assistant very responsive.

Dr. Malhotra goes out of his way to find a way to help and that is not always the case with doctors, especially in NYC, and especially in a hospital as big as Mt Sinai. But he'll take the time to figure out what's wrong, even if it's outside of your allotted time and follow up.
He cares and that means a lot.

Dr. Malhotra is by far one of the most understanding physicians I've ever seen, and trust me I've seen more than my fair share. He listens (not just hears) to what his patient is telling him and empathizes with the conditions. He, along with the staff, is very thorough, helpful, and considerate. I look forward to having a very long doctor - patient relationship.

Dr. Malhotra is professional and knowledgeable, and he treats me with respect. He took the time to know me, to listen to me, and then took a course of action that resulted in a very good outcome. He is kind and I both respect and trust him. Everyone from fellows, to residents, and to the office staff is professional and courteous.
