Dr. O works with children, adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, mood concerns, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, and challenges related to neurodivergence. Her approach is integrative and tailored, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and skills-based strategies that support both insight and practical change.
She is especially passionate about helping patients better understand how their brains and bodies respond to stress, emotion, and life transitions, and about reducing barriers to care through clear communication and a supportive therapeutic environment. Dr. O completed her doctoral training in clinical psychology with a specialization in integrated health and has experience working in medical and behavioral health settings.
