Dr. Madu is no longer at this practice. Which is disappointing since she is listed as a doctor on this app for this location. However the physican assistant I saw was very nice.

She was great! The front desk lady was a little abrasive however I liked the rest of the staff and the doctor was great! She listened and addressed all my concerns!

It was another doctor not Dr. Madu. She said there is usually one doctor in the building every day. This makes for an awfully long wait time.

The nurse said the computer system was down and that was the reason she was not expecting me for my appointment. I was the first patient in the office for the afternoon. My appointment was at 1:30 PM and I finally saw the doctor at 2:47PM when I walked out of one of the rooms and told them I was leaving. They apologized and asked me back into the room for the doctor. Once again the nurse said she was working on paperwork, but when I left the room, the doctor was at the front desk talking to a client.
On the positive side: The doctor was very knowledgeable, informative and proactive. This office has an x-Ray lab and you can get everything done right there in the office without being referred to another office. I will go back, but just hope they have their computer system working properly. The nurse swiped my card three times which made me very nervous. Things can happen, so no harm done. The nursing staff was friendly in spite of some concerns.
Final comment:
Please give them a try. There are about 3 or more doctors that rotate throughout the week. It is a one stop shop, and doctors are professional/knowledgeable. Despite MY day, I would recommend this practice. It is a much needed new facility in the community.
