I was unable to go to the appointment due to the pandemic but the office for the second time these girls rock they are beyond professional gave me my blood results and scheduled to see me when they are able to retest ..I have had Drs offices in the past that dont even follow up ...even though I am a new Pt they in my opinion are on point

When I first went in the lady that checked me in and the ladies that examined me we're super sweet and nice! Now the lady that took my weight and showed me my room was RUDE !!!!! Then tried to be nice to be talking about " oh its not a joke" like wow very unprofessional.

The service when you walk in.The customer service wasn't too well. The doctor's office doesn't have an address on front of the office building, hard to find his location when there's no number on it or doctor's name. This is very important.

Zodiac is good but long as the doctor and zodiac is on the same page on information. because when you go to the doctor's office you still have to fill additional 5 sheets of papers so what's the whole point filling out Zodiac's papers when you go to the doctor's office and that you still have to fill out more additional sheets of paper.
