After serving in primary care for almost eight years, he wanted to establish a center to provide quality medical care in the community where he grew up and has strong roots. With a holistic approach, Dr. Parekh strives to improve the overall health and well-being of each patient.
Dr. Parekh lives in the Chicago suburbs with his wife and two kids. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, loves being outdoors, trying new restaurants, and watching local Chicago sports teams. He is fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr Preyanshu for a routine check up, and I am very satisfied with the care I received.Dr Preyanshu was incredible professional and attentive throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed about my health. His expertise and dedication to patients care were evident, and I felt feelingh confident in the guitars treatment he provided. Dr. Preyanshu has been our doctor for a few years now, and we couldn't be happier.
Super easy to talk to, really listens, and doesn’t rush through appointments like some others I’ve seen. You can tell he genuinely care about their patients.
He always explain things in a way that actually makes sense, and we’ve always felt comfortable and well taken care of.
