I was having issues with breathing because of my asthma, and they were able to fit me into the schedule even though it seemed very busy. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and it made going to the doctors a very simple and painless experience.

I was met in a timely manner and the staff was great! Everyone was helpful and very understanding of the things I had to say and ask.
Only thing I wish was improved was patient preparation information. I know for an annual checkup that I should be fasting but no one office exactly told me what I should have been doing until I called them. My only complaint but other than that great experience.

What a GREAT office this was...I was taken care of from the minute I went in and everybody was so NICE. I was very nervous about this appt because I hate to go to the doctor - but I was put at ease right away. My physical was very thorough and so many tests were done that I cut out visits to other doctors now. An echocardiogram and an ekg were both done as well as a carotid artery sonogram. Would highly recommend this team.

The staff if knowledgable and so friendly. They make you feel comfortable and they dont overbook the appointments so you get in and out in a timely manner. I went for my annual physical and they were very thorough with the examination. I highly recommend Aretha Persaud-Mancusi.

I went in for an annual physical. Nurses were very helpful. I was taken right away for sonograms of my heart and arteries. They have so many different machines to test for everything, blood was drawn in the office... didn't have to go to an off-site lab. I love this place. Class A treatment!

Yesterday's appointment was a disaster. It was absolutely positively awful. In all my life, I have NEVER had anything like this happen to me. Dr. Persaud was demeaning, completely uncooperative, screamed at me and refused to perform a BASIC physical in order to fill out some simple forms (MV 80.4) that I need to send to Albany (New York state capitol) by January 22nd of the new year. I will LOSE my driver's license if this is not done on time. I am beyond upset. I made the appointment for December 15th, only to have it rescheduled by them to the 22nd. Now I've got to start all over and find another Dr.! I've never seen such unprofessional conduct. She treated me like dirt.

The entire staff was very welcoming and helpful. They answered all my questions and even referred me to a specialist within minutes to make sure that I was taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this practice.

I was really impressed by the array of tests that they performed, but it was the wonderful bedside manner that will keep me with this doctor. As an overweight woman I always felt like I was being judged by most doctors, but She treated me like a human being and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend her!

I've been seeing Dr. Persaud for many years. First of all, let me say that I have seen a lot of docs over the years. NONE have compared to Dr. Persaud. She is so personable, kind, and friendly. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. For a year or two I had to change insurances to a plan she didn't accept. I couldn't WAIT to get back to her once my insurance changed again. She is an amazing person and the best doctor I have ever seen in my 31 years.

Is it weird to say that I actually had fun in a doctors office! Because I did! Dr. Persaud and her staff are the best! I had a complete physical and felt really comfortable with the staff and the Dr. They have a very comforting, relaxing, and warm energy flowing in the office and with their patients. The whole time I felt like I was with old friends. Very professional, Beautiful office, great staff, and an amazing Doctor! I highly recommend Dr. Persaud!

Incredibly compassionate and intelligent. Took the time to answer all questions and assuage worries, and recommended thorough testing and follow up. Reception and nursing staff were equally as helpful and kind (and getting blood drawn was the most painless experience to date!)

As always, I left Dr. Persauds office with a positive feeling. Dr. Persaud is knowledgeable, attentive to your needs, kind, caring, logical and realistic. I always know that everything will be okay after I see Dr. Persaud. She's the best Doctor I know and highly recommend her to all my friends and family. I would rather wait weeks for an appointment with Dr. Persaud than wait a day to see another Doctor. Dr. Persaud is, just, plain, awesome!

ANNOYING - FIRST THEY TOLD ME I HAD COME AT THE WRONG TIME. MY APPT TIME WAS 12:30 AND I GOT THERE AT 12:30. THEY SAID THEY HAD ME IN THE MORNING. - BUT THEY SENT THE FREAKING CONFIRMATION THE DAY BEFORE!!!! THEY TOLD ME THE DAY BEFORE THAT THEY HAD THE FLU SHOT AND THE PNEUMOVAX SHOT. WHEN I GOT THERE - THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PNEOMOVAX SHOT. IT WAS A TOTALLY ANNOYING EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT OFFICE. I NEVER SAW THE DOCTOR - A NURSE GAVE ME THE FLU SHOT.
