About Dr. Joelle Vital
Dr. Joelle Vital is the owner and founder of Vital Medical Care & Aesthetics, P.C. She began her medical education at the Benem?rita Universidad Aut?noma de Puebla Facultad de Medicina in Mexico and completed her medical degree at New York Medical College. She then completed her residency in Internal Medicine at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY. Her goal is to maintain health and youth of the body both internally and externally.
In 2009, Dr. Vital decided to expand her expertise to Aesthetic Medicine and completed a series of aesthetic medicine trainings in Paris, France. At Vital Medical Care & Aesthetics, she enjoys customizing the right treatment to give her patients the best and most natural results.
She has a true passion for Internal Medicine combined with Aesthetic Medicine to help her patients feel and look amazing. Dr. Vital continuously strives to develop successful and open relationships with her patients to modify their lifestyles and keep them in the best health possible.

It was a difficult process to fill out papers online, so I was handed a clipboard with many poorly copied pages to fill out. I never saw MD but NP. NP could not look in my ears, nor did she look down my throat. My presenting symptoms were a clogged ear and URI. She listened to my lungs through my sweater. I am 78 years old; a leukemia and sepsis survivor so expected a more thorough assessment.

I have severe back pain at a 9-10 almost every day and I went to her for a script to a physical therapist and all she did was judge me just because I was overweight. I felt very unheard and she really hurt my feelings and made me feel very bad about myself. I mean I’m not denying that I’m fat I know that but I went to her because my chiropractor told me I needed a script and all she wanted to talk to me about was a weight loss shot and judging me for not being on a medication for my high blood pressure even though I explained to her I’ve had high blood pressure since I was a kid. I tried to give her the exact business card my chiropractor wanted me to see and she refused to take it and not to mention when she wanted me to see a pain management doctor she wrote me a script for a place in Medford which is super far away from me. She was very cold and rude and not welcoming to me at all. I wouldn’t recommend anybody go see her at all unless they want rude service and harsh judgment.

I felt that the provider did not listen to my concerns. She was more preoccupied with offering me products from a company she is affiliated with than actually addressing my concerns. This is my fourth visit with her and I am never going back again.
