the only trouble i had was initially finding the office, i recommend if it’s your first visit to get clear directions first. other than that, Dr.Fresquez and the staff were amazing, super quick and super helpful. I am most definitely going to keep coming back :)

did not addess me by name but by "My Dear". not once but twice.
as an advanced educated RN, being 65, i felt her exam was brief and incomplete.
personally, she acted like a typical millennial.

The office was clean, staff polite and prompt, I arrived a little late, but they still saw me right away because I filled out the check-in info online before hand. The nurse was very thorough, and the doctor had a great bedside manner. I loved how quick the visit was.

This doctor referred to my medical history as “cringy.” This is is verbatim. Not only was this doctor unprofessional, condescending, and demeaning, they were simply rude. This unethical treatment is something I will persistently bring attention to until there is disciplinary action. Very disappointed in Baptist Medical Network and Dr. Arianna Fresquez.

I really appreciated the whole experience. I checked in, set down after 5 minutes already called to the back. Waiting period was less than 30 mins. The Dr, nurses and front desk representatives were all very nice. Highly recommend
