Patricia was so sweet! When i was brought back the first thing i was asked was if I had a preferred name and what pronouns i used. It made me feel so welcome! Patricia was really knowledgeable about so much and answered all my questions perfectly. She was able to answer all my questions about transgender HRT, anxiety, depression, and more.
The office was also so amazing looking and really clean! All the staff was friendly and made an effort to get to know me as i was scheduling my next appointment!
Will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends!

i had a really really wonderful experience here at brookside!! i had never had a pap smear done before and was quite nervous but Dr. Gonzales (and the entire staff!) did a fantastic job of explaining everything and made me super comfortable. she listened to me and seemed to genuinely care about what i was saying. i’m so glad i found this place and will definitely be returning next year!!

It’s a beautiful facility, you kind of already feel safe going in. Everyone there was so nice and positive, and the staff clearly communicated what was happening before it happened (it was my first Pap smear so I was a bit nervous).

Overall, this was my best doctor appointment I’ve had. It doesn’t have the smell or feel of a corporate, big doctors office and I was treated with kindness and respect. All my questions were answered in detail. I have definitely found my doctor.

Everything from check in to check out was great. The front desk was great at helping me out with my insurance, and I was able to be seen. The medical assistant and provider I saw was friendly and easy to talk to as well.
