When his is not working, Dr. Zisman enjoys continuing his education through research. He has published and presented his work through various organizations, including Current Diabetes Reports and the University of Miami. He has been a recipient of the John S. Miller Award for Outstanding Performance in Residency as well as the American Diabetes Association Travel Award.
