Dr. Dalvi's experience allows him to be confident with his treatment decision (for now) without a lot of tests and waste of time. He oberved my reaction to certain tasks he asked me to perform and then made his decision. I appreciate this style of doctoring. P.S. He has as sense of humor.

This was my first visit, and everyone with whom I dealt beginning with the woman behind the desk who gave me all the papers to fill out and copied my insurance cards was friendly and most helpful. The woman who asked me the questions about my meds and my overall health,, the woman who scheduled my next appointment and ordered the necessary meds, and, of course, Dr. Dalvi himself are all wonderful. I felt very good throughout the entire experience. Everyone was most helpful., friendly, and kind.

Dr Dalvi was wonderful and made us feel quite comfortable, but the receptionist was beyond rude and uncaring. She made a mistake on our insurance and made no attempt whatsoever to fix it. Ultimately I was able to fix by calling Aetna and we able to see Dr Dalvi almost 2 hrs after our original appointment time. After driving 59 miles for the appointment, we were less than happy.
great first experience. ....
