Office Staff was excellent !!, very polite, very cooperative and very fast but I don't think so with Dr. Arjun Saxena. After reading few positive reviews I traveled all the way 30 miles to see him. Surprisingly, he didn't even wear the apron while entering into the room. He was in jeans pant with t-shirt. I don't think he even has patience to listen what I was explaining my problem. He demonstrated as if he was so busy and doesn't have sufficient time. He spent hardly 5 minutes. It was my bad experience.

What a great office! All of the office staff was incredibly friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait long after arriving to see the doctor. X-rays were talent quickly and reviewed while I was in the office. Dr. Saxena was very thorough in his questions and explanations. He addressed my concerns and recommended follow-up measures. He made me feel at ease and made sure all of my questions were addressed.

Received a warming welcome from the receptionist as soon as I walked in. The rest of the staff I encountered were pleasant, extremely professional and efficient. I then met with Docor Saxena and explained my back and shoulder issues. He gave me a thorough exam and advised me on further steps I should take to correct the issue. He made the environment very comfortable and I never felt rushed with the visit. His level of knowledge, compassion and professionalism were apparent within minutes of meeting him. Doctor Saxena and his staff left a great impression on me and look forward to meeting with them again on my follow up visit. If my family and friends ever need an Orthopedist, I most definitely will refer them to Dr. Saxena!

I was in excruciating pain from a calcium deposit in my left shoulder and could not move my arm. I was referred to Dr. Arjun Saxena from the ER and had my appointment in a day-and-a-half. Dr. Saxena was both comforting and highly skilled. He recommended a shot in that shoulder and I didn't even feel it! The full relief from pain came, as he said, within the next 24 hours. After a stint with physical therapy, I am 100% better. Thank you, Dr. Saxena and your wonderful team!
