What makes you passionate about being a healthcare provider?
My focus in medical care is a patient-centered approach addressing the whole person. I am passionate about assisting patients in discovering the root cause of their illness. Through guided health-promoting interventions, they can achieve their optimal body functions. I hold a Master's degree in Family Nursing from Arizona State University, which has deepened my commitment to holistic care.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
Physical and mental health are interconnected. I assist my patients in looking at the whole picture: our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. These aspects affect how we think, feel, and act. They also influence how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy yoga, meditation, being out in nature, and spending time with my husband on our boat. I am a mom to four children and actively involved in their sporting activities. I encourage all of them to make a positive imprint in this world.

Great to work with this doctor on my overall health. She’s doing a fantastic job listening and suggesting adjustments to my lifestyle that are affecting my health.
