Upon arrival at registration, I was promptly greeted by the attending nurse Sheila who waited patiently while I finished checking in. She was very welcoming from the beginning to end of my appointment. Dr. Jemmy was kind, patient, and reflective throughout my appointment. She reads from her computer and wants to use forced logic instead of listing to reasons why she should apply reasoning to get past the first 2-3 computerized recommendations. She lacks to apply human understanding . She is clearly disgusted by most patients taking any type of controlled medicine and if you come in on an a regimen out of state that she doesn’t understand, she doesn’t even take the time time to call the preceding/prescribing physician to gain an understanding of why and what. I was on a long journey before her and she started blurting out “why aren’t you just taking “x?” I am sure my doctor had her reasons ... she then wanted to refer to a specialist with total disregard to my OOP expenses.
