She believes primary care should include prevention, early identification of concerns, thoughtful treatment, and coordination of care while creating a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing both their physical and emotional well-being. Her goal is to empower patients through education and shared decision-making so they can take an active role in achieving their best overall health. In her spare time, Sonsheehray enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs, cooking, and being outdoors. She also enjoys home design and creative projects, including writing children’s stories. She values the simple things that help her recharge—time with people.
