Dr. Michael saw me quickly and was friendly / professional - I would recommend her to other patients. It was notable that the office seemed to cater mostly to an older crowd. Also the office is an OBGYN but she is not.

The staff was largely poor with the the English language. The doctor's and nurse's bedside manner was patronizing and unprofessional. A second opinion on the same day suggested that the doctor's method of treatment was largely imprecise, something that was compared to "throwing everything but the kitchen sink at me just in case".

After a 2 hour wait for Dr. Michael and a 2.5 hour appointment, I was given medication that did not even pertain to my illness. I had to then wait 5 days for blood results when it was supposed to take 2-3 days. When a doctor returned my call on the fifth day, they could not determine a prognosis for my illness. I am very unsatisfied with my visit and will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

My appointment was at 9am and the receptionist didn't arrive until 9:10am and the doctor until 9:30am! I waited a long time and she took a personal call on her cell phone while in the room with me! They took too long to enter data in the computer and it was frustrating.

The staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. They made me feel very comfortable and even giving blood was a comfortable experience! The doctor is amazing and makes you feel very safe.
