Dr. Feinerman was knowledgeable and helpful and would have been a great visit but for a long wait despite having an appointment. I would go again but would double check the appointment time first to ensure they have the time scheduled.

Have been in the health field for 60 years. He is superlative -- as an MD and a caring professional.
Dr. Feinerman made me fe el comfortable and listened to what was going on with me personally.
Verified patient
He was very personable, did a thorough history and exam.

Old school guy. His gear is pretty outdated as well.
I had an appointment and a patient came in after me and said they were late for their appointment and they were seen before me. This patients appointment was at 1pm. There was no one else in the waiting room. The doctor should have honored my appointment time and then seen the patient who was here at the wrong time. Extremely unprofessional.

Old school doctor but very attentive. A bit of a long wait. Office and lobby is outdated too. He’s very kind and professional.

I think Dr. Arthur E Feinerman is very knowledgeable and has very good listening skills. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a gastroenterologist.
Verified patient
Dr. Feinerman was very straight forward on his overview of what we would cover in the exams to be performed. The wait time was very short.

Very professional and understanding.

Dr. Feinerman is an old school doc - he sees you himself, does his own blood draws, has a good conversation with you. But he's not comfortable prescribing medications, and prefers to refer patients to someone else to do it. He also moves very, very slowly; I was never seen within an hour of scheduled time, sometimes more than two hours late. His established patients seemed to know this, and would often show up an hour after the time they appears on the schedule.
I was very pleased with his professionalism. The doctor was very concerned and asked questions at all times. I know I'm in good hands. I have signed a release form to have my medical files be sent to Arthur E . Feinerman , MD to be my primary health care physician .

It was good. He is pleasant and ask you good questions. He seems concerned and genuine and it is important when you are sick I think so I will return and recommend him,
I've been reluctant for a few years to go and get a physical let alone go to the doctor for having a cold. There are a lot of doctors I've been to that treat you as just another patient and are eager to rush you out and call in the next patient. I'm glad to say I've found my new primary care physician that I feel confident in seeing moving forward. I signed in and was called right in. I waited no more than five minutes to be seen. Dr. Feinerman went through my medical history with me. He actually took the time and asked me questions about my family's medical history and mine. He took my height and my weight. I was there because I had a cold. He suggested I get a flu vaccine. I was amazed I could actually have a conversation with my doctor and ask him questions I had. I usually feel rushed when I'm at the doctors but this time it was actually nice to be able to ask him health questions I had. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone. .

Patient, thorough, and kind.
Most wait times at doctor's offices are usually 30+ minutes anyway, but rarely do you find a doctor that is attentive and thorough and speaks to you like an actual human being, not patient #16. Although the wait time WAS a little long, it was well worth it. Dr. Feinerman was very thorough with my physical. Aside from the routine (height, weight, blood pressure, breathing, blood, etc), I felt he did additional examinations that addressed my concerns to try to investigate the source my symptoms. He didn't dismiss any of my concerns but heard me out and explained the different possible causes. Also, even though I had a late appointment, he didn't rush me out.

Couldn't find the office

Great seasoned Doctor, doesn't rush to conclusions, very thorough, great listener while being time conscious as well; Good manners. Cozy office. Follow up call was scheduled, which I appreciated.
It was a good visit. The doctor never makes one feel rushed and takes time to answer any questions. Unfortunately, this sometimes results in a backlog of patients and long waiting times.
His views were somewhat warped. He asked me where do I work and when I said I work with the homeless population he said 'oh you work with bums!' It's unfortunate that a doctor could make those type of assumptions. Anyone could find themselves homeless but he automatically looked down on the population. I probably won't keep him as a dr... too insensitive.
great doctor

was my 1st visit...doc was friendly and spend good amount of time with each patient...drawback was extremely long long long wait time....over 1.5hrs for me. said that was cuz the recepetionist is new...they did seem a bit confused.
Dr. Feinerman is the most thorough physician in my 78 years of care. He checks every aspect of medical care. Dr. Feinerman analyzes my symptoms by touch, feel and lab tests. Plus his personality is always cheerful. I never feel insecure when I have an examination.
Very thorough and thoughtful. Very satisfied.
Dr Feinerman has great bedside manners, and spent time talking and listening to my concerns. I highly recommend him as a GI doctor.
