The wait was awful!! I was there a total of 3.5 hours and I'm not the only one everyone around me was waiting that long. I don't know why it takes so long because when you get in the Doctor is so fast. You barely have a chance to even say anything before he is out the door. It's nice that you can get your blood drawn and they even can take X-rays there but the wait is ridiculous.

Requires drug test for even very small mg of any anxiety relief medication. I have suffered from clinical depression and anxiety most of my life and Dr. Gonzales wouldn't prescribe me anything for my anxiety relief because I refused the drug screening.

Worst visit with any doctor I've ever had. I was a new patient with very serious questions that were totally blown off, and the doctor had no interest in anything that I was trying to tell or ask him. I thought I was going to a primary care doctor that would take more than two minutes with me after I waited for an hour and half to be seen. I have been to urgent cares and med clinics that were more detailed and personable. Very disappointed.

Best experience with a medical clinic ever! Did all the filling out of forms online prior to appointment . Which was 12/7 at 11:45AM , Got there a few minutes before appointment , checked in, Then was directed back to get blood pressure and weigh in by 11:47AM . Loved the Doctor. Had blood drawn, Scheduled next appointment. And was back to work within one hour.

The service was great. Absolutely nothing negative to say about the courtesy of the staff and their professionalism. However, with my appointment being at 10:15am I would have liked to have been seen around that time frame. The wait time was a little more than my liking, but it did give me a chance to live out a virtue that I have been chasing after for many years; patience.

Staff and physician were friendly, professional, and informative. This is a very busy practice. The wait to see the physician was long, maybe they are overbooking. I still plan on returning for my medical needs.

This was my second trip to this office. Each time I've been told they couldn't find an appointment for me. This time I was told the doctor leaves at 4. My appointment was scheduled for after 4. The doctors are Great! The office staff needs to be replaced.
